Next Show...

Saturday 4th October 2008 @ Dry Bar, 13-17 Long Lane,
London. EC1A 9PN - Nearest tube: Barbican. Doors 7pm,
£5 with flyer
.
This is the second of four London shows we have spread over eight or so weeks.
This one has eight bands playing, each getting a 25 min set.
We're on around the 10pm mark, third from top and there are some pretty good bands playing right from the doors opening, despite the thrown together look.
Anyway, If you take along a flyer (which you can get from here) it's a fiver, otherwise they want £6 for entry without one.
Be good to see some of you there!

11th Sept '08 @ the Miller, SE1 with Jesus Knives / Music of the Primes

Despite the planned 2 Bass show, Jim felt it may be a bit too soon after returning to risk us dying on our arse and therefore we went out as the normal 5 piece. It was however, our last show with Steve on Bass as he now heads off to do a similar favour for Art of Burning Water on their tour with Taint. The ideal is for a show with Jim & Steve in the not too distant.
We're eternally grateful to Steve for his time and effort over the last 10 months. He enabled us to carry on progressing our sound in Jim's absence. As well as playing Bass on the 'Sol' download we did for
Cielo Liquido, we will be putting together a 4 track download of songs written with him to mark out his time with us. More on that nearer the time.
The show also saw out the last of the shows Jesus Knives had booked up prior to Nicks departure. They mixed some superb new stuff in with songs from the set played while Nick was still in the band. You can hear one of those new songs
here. A great band & we can't wait to see where they take their sound now they have time off to write.

Anyway, thanks to those who turned out to see us! Next show is 4th Oct at the Dry Bar EC1
Thanks to
Julie Kane for the above pic.

Next Show...

The next few shows we have lined up are all in London with the first of them this coming Thursday (11th Sept) @ the Miller, London Bridge.
Once again we will be playing with the Jesus Knives who have recently parted company with Nick.
Support comes from Sam Dale, Music of the Primes and +Eternal Frost+.
Doors open at 7.30pm and we're on around the 10:30 mark. Right click the image
here and print a copy which gets you in for £5, otherwise it's £6.
London Bridge is the station and the venue address is 96 Snowsfields, Borough. SE1.
If all goes to plan at the practice before the gig, Jim will be making his return and sharing the stage with Steve!
2 Basses & 3 guitars should be enough to even make the ears buzz of black Metalers +Eternal Frost+!!! Viva la brutal Indie!!! Hopefully see you there!
More when there's more...
