Show with The Telescopes

On 12th November we will be promoting our first show for nearly 7 years. Tooting Bizarre who put on gigs all over South East London have handed us the reigns for one night, allowing us to curate our own evening. We decided to push the boat out and really put on the sort of show we want to be a part of and are super chuffed to announce that we have secured The Telescopes. We have made plenty over the years of their influence on our sound and it'll be great to finally perform on the same bill with them.

As well as the Telescopes we are really pleased to have a couple of London debuts playing the night. Opening will be a solo set by Texan Christian Lee of New York based Center Divider, performing his first UK show. His sound is best described as Psychedelic Blues and will be the perfect introduction to the evening.
The main support we have handed over to Aspen Woods from Bristol. Despite having played shows in the US and mainland Europe, this will be their first gig in the Capital. Debut album New World Disorder is out now and a recent review describes their sound as "Shoegaze to stoner rock with Psychedelic tendencies". Previously they have opened up for Mono and UFO and we're anticipating a right royal wig out!
Ticket wise we've set them at a fiver advance and six on the door. Advance can be bought on We Got Tickets here. Doors will be 8pm and it'll all be wrapped up no later than 11.30.
We love to see you at all our shows but this one is extra special to us as it's our first proper go at putting on a night. We've put together an awesome line up and we really hope you can make it along and show your support.

October Update

Hey all, 
First up, a huge thank you to Cherry But No Cake for inviting us to play on last Saturdays 'Rip This Joint' night at the Constitution Cellar in Camden. This is a great monthly gig night put on by a group of bands who curate a night in monthly rotation. This turned out to be one of the best shows we've been a part of and we'll definitely be paying customers at the next one. Check the My Space here:

Next up we have a really special show that we ourselves are curating. Tooting Bizarre who put on shows in SE London have handed one of their nights over to us and so we are really pleased to announce that we have booked one of our favourite bands, The Telescopes. Main support comes from another gem in the form of Aspen Woods who are based in Bristol. AW have played shows in the U.S and mainland Europe but this will be their first in London. We'll go on just before them and to open the night we are really pleased to be hosting the UK debut for Center Divider. Originally from Texas and now based in Brooklyn, this will be a solo set by Christian Lee. Rather than muck about with describing people's sound, all these bands can be found on the front page of our MySpace. Rest assured they have all been picked by us and the night will be very special. Next Show...

Right then, our next outing is this coming Saturday at the Constitution, 42 St Pancras Way, Camden, London NW1
Doors are 8pm and it's a very reasonable £2.
Helmholtz Resonators are the headliners with Lakes and Cherry but No Cake completing the line up. Not too sure where we are on the bill but the line up is that good that you should really get down from doors open anyway!
